  • Is there a contract for your cleaning services?

    No contract is required. We aim to earn your business with every cleaning. You can schedule regular recurring services, and we can discuss pricing to fit your budget. Simply call 281-997-2711, email, or text us as needed.

  • What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?

    We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something was missed and you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning, and we will send the team back at our expense to correct the issue. We welcome feedback from all our clients because if you’re not satisfied, we’re not satisfied.

  • What areas do you service in Texas?

    We currently serve Pearland, Friendswood, League City, Clear Lake, and most surrounding areas, from the 610 Loop in the north to Dickinson in the south, 288 in the west, and Kemah and Seabrook in the east. If you’re located within this general area, we can assist you.

  • Is it okay to leave special instructions?

    Yes, it is. Maintaining good communication with our clients is essential. Please let us know if you want special attention given to any part of your home during service. We welcome your suggestions, compliments, or feedback at any time, as every client has unique needs and expectations. Our top priority is to ensure our services meet your needs.

    For special requests that may require more time than usual, please call us at least 48 hours before your next service so we can accommodate you.

  • Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

    We require 48-hours notice for any cancellations or services that need to be rescheduled. Cancellations on the same day of service are subject to a cancellation fee.

  • What days are you open?

    Our normal work days are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Just call 281-997-2711, email, or text us should you have special cleaning requirements (before/after party clean ups, move ins/move outs, etc).

  • When and how do I pay for my cleaning service?

    Payment is due at the time of service. We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash. To pay by credit card, please contact us to arrange this before the service. For cash or check payments (payable to WeCleanHouses.com), please leave your payment on the kitchen counter for us to pick up when we arrive.

  • Are pets a problem? Do I have to lock them up?

    Many of our clients have pets, and our staff love having them around, as long as the pets are comfortable too! If possible, we’d appreciate an introduction to your pets on the first visit. We will note all the necessary information about your pets and their needs on our checklist for future visits.

    WeCleanHouses.com will take great care while servicing your home, but we cannot be responsible for any broken or damaged items. Please store priceless or sentimental items safely. If an accident occurs, notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning date.

  • Do you provide the cleaning supplies?

    Yes, we provide all the necessary supplies to clean your home, except for oven cleaner and wood floor cleaner, free of charge. If you prefer to use your own supplies for a specific task, we will be happy to accommodate you.

  • Do I need to be home the day of the cleaning?

    No, you do not need to be home on the day of the cleaning. We will make arrangements with each customer to ensure our team has the necessary access to your home.

  • What if my cleaning lands on a holiday?

    If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday that we observe, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.

  • Should I tip the cleaning team for a job well done?

    Tips are not required or expected, but you are welcome to leave one if you wish. An occasional note of appreciation to the service team when they impress you will mean a lot. Your feedback is important, as we pay our staff bonuses based on client feedback.

  • How do I provide feedback on my cleaning?
